Your information

What you and your club add stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the right people so Stadly works. Our privacy policy says what we hold and how we use it.

Our service

We work to keep Stadly running and safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never have a fault. We may change features as Stadly grows. If a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you first.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss from using Stadly.

Ending

You can stop using Stadly at any time, and delete your login from Your details in the app. Your club's records about you stay with the club, as the privacy policy explains.

Changes and the law

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app before a big change takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
